Collective Excellence

Nichelle Venable founded The RDH Humanitarian Project to increase access to care in underserved communities. She has been a dental hygienist since 2010 and has an extensive background in both nonprofit and corporate leadership. As a Las Vegas native, she has always dedicated her skill sets to improve the health of Nevadans.

Janae Mosier-Mosley, BS

Janae Mosier Mosley is the secretary of The RDH Humanitarian Project. A nonprofit organization offering free dental care for veterans and low-income senior citizens.

Janae Mosier-Mosley serves on the board of trustees as secretary. She is a dedicated CCSD teacher specializing in student behavioral support. She is passionate about helping others and supporting US Veterans.

Mary Smith

Mary Smith is the treasurer of The RDH Humanitarian Project. A nonprofit organization offering free dental care for veterans and low-income senior citizens.

Mary Smith serves on the board of trustees as treasurer. She is a long time Nevada resident. She has worked for the Internal Revenue Service for 30 years. She is passionate about senior care and dedicated to helping others.
